TECHNOLOGY FOR GROWING GRAPES

Main research areas:

Scientific substantiation of bioadaptive technological methods of grape cultivation based on the optimization of a production plant process in ways of canopy management systems and applications of growth regulators on table grapes in conditions of the South of Ukraine.

Main achievements:

  • the canopy management systems with optimal functioning of leaf apparatus in vineyards with specific conditions of insolation;
  • the agrotechnical methods for improving the quality of table grape varieties with parthenocarpic and stenospermocarpic type of berry seedless.

Offer to production:

  • the canopy management systems and type of vine forming for vineyards;
  • the method of grapes growing for entities with small wines production;
  • the monitoring of wintering of plants, growth and development during vegetation for specification of parameters of technological methods depending on the vineyards;
  • the taxation of vineyards for wine production with protected designation of origin (PDO) and protected geographical indication (PGI), controlled name by origin;
  • advisory services on establishing the vineyard, their reconstruction and uprooting; and technologies of growing grapes.
