Tairov Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking\u00bb National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine conducts tests of grapes, wine, wine materials, grape juice concentrates, must, mistels, ethyl rectified alcohol for compliance with the requirements of organoleptic, physicochemical, microbiological and safety indicators; issues an expert opinion on alcoholic beverages and cognac products. The laboratory is accredited by the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine and has confirmed its competence in accordance with the requirements of DSTU EN ISO\/IEC 17025:2019 (EN ISO\/IEC 17025:2017, ITD; ISO\/IEC 17025:2017, ITD).
