microorganisms (EM drugs) by incorporating them into the soil before graft planting in nursery;<\/li>\n<li>use the hidroabsorbents Akvasorb, Teravet, Akvatera, Dari Dar (for stratification graft and their cultivation in nursery of the open and protected soil);<\/li>\n<li>implementation the method of mulching the grape nursery soil with polymeric materials &#8211; black- and-white membrane (30 microns), black membrane (60 microns) and black agrofibre (to improve hydrothermal soil conditions at the time of graft planting).<\/li>\n<li>Advanced technology of grape production in vitro, which is based on:<\/li>\n<li>the application of new sterilization system of initial grape explants;<\/li>\n<li>improvement the root stage of initial grape explants which is based on application of auxin containing talcous powder, using the double-layer nutritive environments (agar environment Murasihe and Skuha with the addition of Agroperlit and vermiculite) and nutrient environment with half content of makrosalt and iron chelate;<\/li>\n<li>using the nutritional starch as an agar substitutes;<\/li>\n<li>using the grapes microclones adaptation of ion exchange substrate &#8220;Bion&#8221; on the stage of reproduction;<\/li>\n<li>improving the grape microclones adapting ways to in vivo conditions based on overlapping of stages microshanking and adaptation. To do this, were used such substrates as agroperlit, vermiculite, sand, coco peat, and their mixtures with hidroabsorbents.<\/li>\n<li>Method of development and maintenance in tissue culture in vitro slow-growing collection of valuable varieties, grape clones to make a long-term storage;<\/li>\n<li>Method of grapes plant material preserving (willow and seedling) in the autumn-winter period on the basis of hidroabsorbents use;<\/li>\n<li>A rapid method for predicting the stability of grapes to abiotic environmental factors in the in vitro culture of tissues and organs has been developed;<\/li>\n<li>Growing method of vegetative grape seedling with closed root system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Offers to production:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>growing (in order) the grafted grape, including new varieties, clones table and technical direction, qualified consulting for their production;<\/li>\n<li>cultivation (in order) the valuable varieties, clones of grapes and other agricultural and ornamental plants in tissue culture and organs in vitro, substantive consultations for their production;<\/li>\n<li>advice on the use of different groups of biologically active agents
