polymorphism evaluation for generative and clonal selection;<\/li>\n<li>DNA marker system for the varietal genotypes identification (wine, table varieties and rootstocks) and its clones;<\/li>\n<li>method of grape microsatellite loci polymorphism analysis to differentiate grape varieties and clones on the base of genetic relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Main achievements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>effective DNA marker system to valuate genetic diversity of grape varieties and clones has been selected;<\/li>\n<li>compiling of genotypic formulas (DNA-passports) for microsatellite loci and marker-assisted selection for seedlessness using microsatellite locus p3_VvAGL11 has been implemented into breeding practice;<\/li>\n<li>methodological principles of parental pairs selection by analysis of grapevine genetic relationships by DNA analysis has been elaborated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prospective research:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>grape quality and resistance characteristics
